Earth Friendly Doll Bicycle Made from Recycled Cardboard

Our dolls needed some new wheels for school that were also eco-friendly, so we decided to make them a bicycle out of cardboard...like the thin cardboard from cereal boxes :oD

therefore, we drew up a pattern and got to work tracing and cutting it out... two good movies later ...we were ready to stack, glue, sand, paint and assemble... And for this project, no hot glue was required! Tacky

Our Doll Tree House... and all the little fun things that go with it

We love to go hiking ... and when I am out there, I simply love to imagine that around every twisted tree trunk there is prime "fairy" real estate... so when we decided to build a tree house for the dolls I was ...well, let's just say

What To Do With Plastic Easter Eggs After Easter

How about we make fabulous doll crafts with them?!

Currently, we have found ourselves with a surplus of plastic Easter eggs from school and other Easter egg hunts the kids have attended... and I was thinking there has to be a way to reuse these bad-boys... so we came up with the idea of using them as helmets for 10 to 12 inch dolls...

we used them as tea cups and vases for 18 inch

Fun Find : 18 inch Doll Pots

I am always looking for common items that can be used in the dollhouse..

and while I was at the grocery store I stumbled across these cute like coffee scoops for $1.99...

and I thought they would make great pots in an 18 inch doll kitchen...but now I needed an 18 inch doll kitchen...

so we made a cute little antique pot-belly stove for our new pot...

Dollhouse Play Money

We made some play money for the dollhouse... just print it to the full size of a standard piece of paper (we printed ours in high quality), cut it out, fold it over and use a glue stick to glue it closed :o)

Fun Find: Doll Size Bath Tub

I was walking through Target the other day... on a Monster High Doll Hunt... when I spotted these cute little plastic tubs in the dollar section...

...that's right they were just $1.00 !!!

so I took them home to see which doll they could fit...

... Monster High works with a bent knee... Barbie Fashionista can squeeze in the same way... the Liv doll body works and so do Bratz

Gum Ball Machine: Cereal Bowl for 18 inch Dolls

Make your dolls breakfast using bowls from a gum ball machine!

supplies:

gum ball "toy" machine plastic container

colorful pony beads

plastic party fork

white school glue

We put some white school glue in the bottom of the clear part of the plastic gum ball machine container... added some pony beads, filled it up with more glue... broke a party fork almost in half and stuck it in the
